The back-bone tool for our film-making is CPM. It allows users secure access to a centralised system to 'see' the project unfold. Usually it's the Director that works with each of the other leaders ensuring 'the vision' is on-track. This type of black-box approach carries a greater risk with each passing day and places nearly all the responsibility on a selected few. Isolated from the bigger picture (pardon the pun) constructive feedback and ideas may be lost that could make a good movie great.

Having re-engineered the motion-picture processes and developed a unique tool (CPM) has led to a greater production visibility. Producers, Directors, Investors, Production Crew, Writer(s), Editors, Financial Personnel, and everyone else given secured access to the relevant areas of the project, can 'see' and understand the consequence of a decision and take appropriate action accordingly. Truly remarkable.
